No. LodgeMiLien is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We prepare the documents required under your state's property lien statutes. If you have a complex dispute or need to enforce a lien in court, we'll point you to an attorney. Most situations never get there.
What if I already missed the 20-day Notice window?
You may still have partial lien rights. The Claim of Lien deadline is separate. Tell us your dates during intake and we'll calculate exactly where you stand.
Does this work for commercial jobs too?
